Valentine’s Day reservations are available in two seating times:
- 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- At other times on Saturday and throughout the entire Sunday we serve the classic menu

Starters
(served as mini finger food)
- Finely chopped tuna tartare in a sesame tartlet, avocado cream cheese mousse, pickled kumquat
- Black Angus beef tartare in an onion tartlet, wasabi, pickled shallot
- Pumpernickel bread, dill cream cheese, smoked salmon, caviar, lemon, white balsamic
- Parma ham with melon, persimmon, arugula, balsamic glaze
Soup served in a cup (choice of)
- Clear multi-meat consommé with a hint of truffle
- Lobster bisque with a light cream foam
Main course (choice of)
- Heart-shaped ravioli filled with shrimp and asparagus, butter emulsion, Parmesan
- Duck leg confit, potato gratin, wild broccoli, cherry and cranberry sauce
- Oven-baked halibut, tomato frutti di mare salsa with capers, wild rice
