Andrzej Fogtt

Born in Poznań on October 9, 195o. Studies: State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznań. Diploma in 1974. in the studio: prof. Zdzisław Kępiński and prof. Magdalena Abakanowicz. He participated in numerous exhibitions, including: he is a laureate of the 8th Art Festival in Zachęta in 1979. , winner of the Grand Prix of the Festival of Polish Painting in Szczecin in 1984, represented Poland at the 41st Biennale of Art in Venice in 1984, Polish Contemporary Art in London in 1987, in Maneż, in Moscow in 1987, in Berlin, in Arras in France 2007 , Polish Art of the 20th Century at the National Museum in Wrocław in 1989.

Contemporary paintings

He presented his works in numerous individual exhibitions, e.g. at the Zachęta National Gallery of Art. In 2009 he was awarded the Gloria Artis medal. Works in collections; The National Museum in Szczecin, the National Museum in Wrocław, the National Museum in Kielce, the Museum of Art in Łódź, the National Museum in Prague, the Pushkin Museum in Moscow, the Museum of Lubusz Land in Zielona Góra, the Museum of the Middle Oder in Świdnica.
